FAQ


How and when do you ship?

All packages are shipped via USPS.

US customers receive complimentary 1st Class shipping with option to upgrade to Priority mail.

Packages are shipped within 12-48 hours of receiving payment.

Domestic (US) packages usually arrive within 3-5 business days.

International packages are shipped via USPS Priority International and usually arrive within 7-10 business days, or USPS 1st Class International, arriving in 2-3 weeks.

 

Returns/Exchanges/Alterations
Returns allowed within 7 days of receiving item. (Buyer responsible for return shipping expense.)

Exchanges allowed within 30 days. (Buyer/seller split shipping.)

Alterations/repairs: No time limit. I will always repair your item at no cost and pay for the return shipping. (Buyer/seller split shipping.)

 

Are your items in new condition?
Yes! Returned/exhanged and worn items are not incorporated back into my inventory.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping or messaging?
All orders include gift wrapping! To add a message in your package, just leave your text in the "notes" field upon ordering and I will print it out and include it with the gift wrapping.

 

Are you custom order friendly?

I am no longer accepting custom orders at this time.

Definitely! I love custom orders! Just drop me a message and let me know what you would like me to make. (color, size, etc.)

 

Can you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! I can offer a discount for your wedding party or event. However, I will need advanced notice to prepare the order. Just let me know what you would like along with a time frame and I'll see what I can do!

 

Is my data safe?
Yes! I do not collect or save any customer data. In fact, the servers Shopify.com handle all my data for me. I have access to your name, provided e-mail, and  shipping address; that's it, and it is only used to fulfill your order.
